(Orlando, FL, 3/27/2017) CAIR-Florida is proud to announce Rasha Mubarak’s promotion to Central Florida Regional Director.

“This is a very well-deserved appointment for our hard-working team member in Central Florida. Rasha has excelled in her outreaching efforts to our diverse Muslim community. She is a civil rights flagbearer who has won the trust not only of our Muslim population but also of the wider Central Florida community,” said CAIR-Florida’s Regional Operations Director, Nezar Hamze.

“I feel very proud to be serving with such a strong Civil Rights organization,” said Ms. Mubarak. “I love serving others and CAIR-Florida has provided me with the right platform to help protect our community’s civil rights and to foster a better understanding of Islam and Florida Muslims,” she continued.
